Policies


Venue Rental

The Gallery event facility includes:
• Downstairs patio
• Upstairs patio
• Upstairs lounge
• Main interior event space (downstairs and upstairs)
• Spacious preparation/staging area

Facility rental fees apply for up to a four (4) hour event with three (3) hours of set up time and two (2) hours of tear down time. Additional function hours will be billed at $500 per hour. All events must end by 1:00 a.m.

Fees include an event manager, two (2) uniformed HPD officers, a facilities attendant, parking and equipment listed below.



Wedding Ceremony

The Gallery is able to accomodate an outdoor seated wedding for up to 250 guests. Cost for ceremony is $200 in addition to the reception rental and includes a one (1) hour rehearsal, a one (1) hour ceremony and a bridal room. To rent the facility for a ceremony only, please contact The Gallery for pricing. Brides are also welcome to use the facility for portraits (please call ahead to schedule).


Rentals / Equipment

The Gallery will provide:
• Up to 20 60" round tables
     (seats 8-10 people per table)
• Up to 150 garden chairs with padded seats
     (black, white or natural)
• Mosaic garden tables with chairs for outdoor patios
• Ten tall cocktail tables with chairs
• Six small cocktail tables with chairs

All other rental equipment (linens, tents, etc.) can be arranged by The Gallery at an additional cost.



Security Guard

The Gallery will provide two (2) uniformed HPD officers for events of up to 300 people as part of the facility rental fee. For parties over 300, additional HPD security officers will be required at an additional cost.


Parking

The Gallery has 110 parking spaces at the side of the main building available at no extra cost. If valet service is desired, The Gallery will be happy to make those arrangments for an additional cost.


Catering / Beverage Service

The Gallery welcomes licensed and insured caterers and beverage services. Approval of your caterer and/or beverage service is required within sixty (60) days of your event.

Event Reservations

The Gallery accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit (50% of rental fee) and signed contract are required to guarantee a reservation.
